Default Oil Weepage

I was under my '09 5.7 Quad (with 4000 miles) and I noticed a little oil at the bottom where the transmission is bolted to the engine.
It was just a little wet was all. Will this get worse?
Have any of you guys experience this?
Every vehicle I have ever owned has had some leakage except for the last F 150.

Leakage after 5 years maybe not 1 year or less! Sounds like maybe someone spilled some on top during oil change I would clean it up and then see if it keeps coming back, if so you have a warranty issue. Don't let anyone tell you all cars leak oil that is BS.

It's not spilled oil. It's seeping from around the two bottom bolts that look like they, and others, are bolting the transmission to the engine.
At the absolute bottom of the trans and engine, there is a hole that looks like a drain hole. This hole is dry! I have seen this hole on other trucks and cars.
What gives?

Is it Clean oil or dirty black oil? The two of my trucks had clean oil in the area you describe. I cleaned it off when I did my first oil changes and have not seen it since.
