Default Volant CAI - Watch Out

Just some feedback, not a true happy camper here.

Bought the volant CAI for the 09 RAM

Had the entire Intake apart, and found that Volant (Thanks) gave me the wrong fittings. Straight T was 3/8" and 90 elbow was 5/8". THANKS!

Called and yes they are sending me the fittings, but how about a little kickback, a frekin shirt, hat, frekin sticker for the underside of the truck...

Not easy to have your entire intake apart, to find the company screwed it up... Hows about quality control....

Just wanted to share this, if you buy the volant CAI and find it to be a pain in the *** to intall, check to make sure they didnt screw up the fittings....

Yeah that intake caused alot of controversy. AEM makes the intake for MOPAR and was claimed to make good power. Well k&n now owns AEM's intake division now and I guess that intake made only 4hp on the dyno. Not sure if it's going to be discontinued or what now.
