Default HUD Flash for 2009 to 2010 Programming

All,

I have an 09 Ram Crew Cab. I recently had it in for some work and the dealership gave me a 2010 Ram Extended Cab to drive around in. One thing that I noticed right off is that the tire pressure was monitored for each tire on teh 2010, but not on my 2009. I asked about a flash upgrade but was told not possible...

Does anyone know if this is possible? Could you flash the onboard computer for the 2009 to give you individual tire pressure readings like the 2010?

thanks,
Flip

No one has been able to get it done yet and don't count on dodge ever coming out with an update. They wouldn't even update the 09 trucks that don't have the fuel saver light.

Sorry for not understanding your post. My 2009 ST Q/C 4x4 HAS THE TIRE PRESSURE READ OUT. When low pressure the light goes on...won't tell me which tire, but at least I know one of them is out.

They check you tire pressure when you get an oil change so if it is set correctly unless you get a leak the light should never come on. If it comes on while driving on the highway I would drive it as if one of my tires just blew and pull over. That is really all the light is good for.

The '10s display the actual tire pressure in psi (or whatever metric is) for each individual tire.
