Question auburn or detroit thruetrac

i am ready to instal a LSD on my rear 3,55 4x4 5,7 2009, auburn or detroit thruetrac.were to buy?. i am from quebec canada and i have to find a shop to instal it?. thank

As long as you purchase the limited slip, it's not going to matter which company you go with. If you get a locker differential, you will have your inside tire squeeling as you turn corners plus you can hear the diff lock. It sounds like your a spinning a hand wratchet in your hand then you feel torque of the spinning tire jolt the vehicle as the opposite tire syncs up and locks. I installed a tru locker in my 2001 mustang and I hear and feel this everytime I am in the burnout box heating up my tires. Then when I get to the end of the 1/4 mile, my inside tire sqeels becuase my outside tire is turning faster than my inside tire.

The true-trac disengages around corners, pretty neat system which doesn't use clutches so no friction material to wear out.. I would not hesitate to buy another true-trac it was awesome! I wouldn't go with a locker for a daily driver.
