Bullydog or Superchips?
I see alot of people on here have Bullydog. I know it has been around for a bit and pretty much have the kinks worked out. Now Superchips has come out with the tuner for the Ram and I see alot of people buying that one now already. Is the Superchips just that good? does it do more than the Bullydog? what about any kinks in it being as how it is new? Or is the decision pretty much based off of preference?
SC will have more options in the future with TM control which is a must for our trucks if you truely want to unlock the power.
Anything new will have bugs, but SC is one of the top brands out there and stand by their name. Unlike diablo, they won't just sell you something and drop the ball when things go south. BD is a good blanket/standard tuner = safe. SC goes deeper and ensures a quality product, which is why the TM is still under beta testing instead of them releasing early to find issues later. Also, if you buy the Cortex SC tuner, it has a 2yr powertrain warranty. Which also shows you that they stand by their product. I did buy a SC and it will be here shortly, so i'm only speaking of their history and rep/options avail to public. Hopefully a BD owner will step up and let you know about that product.

Ill tell you one thing, when I first purchased the bullydog their customer support was awesome as there were some kinks to work out which they did infact address very quickly... Sad to say their customer service went to complete ****, ive sent multiple emails (5-6) to the tech support supervisor with zero reply since october. Because of this I would not buy another bullydog product.
