I got the 7-70 at purchase (dealer) for $800.00. So my advice is at purchase not after purchase. I do not finance, so it is a true $800.00. If you finance your vehicle and include the warranty to the financing you could eventually pay much more over the terms of the contract. If you must finance, use part of your down payment for the warranty, and pay cash for the warranty.

any dealer can sell it to you, so shop around and bull**** alot, tell them so and so offered you a lowball and the shop might take it.

I have always got the same or better deal shopping around after the sale. Some good dealers will sell it for internet prices but some are gougers, especially if you beat them up on the price of the truck and they are looking to make something in after-sales. They want you to buy NOW so you cant research it, all dealers pay the same cost for the plans, including the ones selling on the internet.

There is no penalty until you cross the 1 yr/12K mile threshold, dealer may tell you otherwise, but always check the online prices so you have something to negotiate with if you want to roll it into your payments.
