ive been researching or trying to, to find out if i get a 40 series single in dual out do i need to stick with a 3" diameter exit exhaust or will a 2.5" dual out do? i dont want to restrict exit flow and since stock is 3" i want to make sure that a 2.5" wont hurt anything

 

i forgot to add in the post will the sound change between a 2.5 and a 3'' exit? i'm looking not for loud per say but a deeeeep low rumble

 

I got the MagnaFlow with the 5" tip. Great sound. Loud and deep rumble!

 

you got a full cat-back im looking for just the muffler flowmaster or magnaflow around the 40 series of the flowmaster in sound. my father-in-law can bend the pipe.. it has to be 3'' in and 2.5'' or 3'' dual out, i'm wanting to bring the exhaust out to the side behind the rear tire i don't like the look of out the rear.
