Default 2009 4.7L Oil?

Hey guys, new to the site.

Tried a quick search and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I bought a 2009 Detonator Yellow Quad Cab this winter. Time for it's first oil change away from the dealer! I bought mine "used" with 6,800 miles on it. It didn't come with a service manual, and I can't seem to find what sort of oil I need to use in it. It's the 4.7L V8 for those that are curious.

Is there somewhere I can find this information? Or does anyone know for sure?

Thanks!

-Blake
