Installed a bedrug
I finally decided to purchase a bedrug and installed it this weekend. I def have to say that it is quite comfy laying back there i found myself at times just laying there instead of finishing the install. I hope this bedrug holds up like its meant to. Here are a few pics of the new install.

Even the pup is enjoying the new bedrug.

You'll love it. Mine will have been in my truck for six years come June, always exposed to the elements. I've had river rock, sand and pavers on it and spilled gas on it multiple times. All the care I ever give it is to hit it with the pressure washer when I wash my truck and once a year or so I unzip the bottom out, hang it on the fence and pressure wash it real good.
I'm very happy with mine and would definately put one in my next truck. I understand they now make an even more durable model in addition to the BedRug. I think it's called the BedTred...

haha thats funny coolidge. yeah i saw your bedrug install and how good it looked so i decided to go with a bedrug as well. I feel a lil bit better about my purchase now that hammerz71 has thrown some good knowledge my way thanks!
Out of curiosity where did you all get your bedrugs? The dealer put an off brand in mine which I do not like to well. Can you access your anchors with the bedrug?

I got my Ram branded Bedrug at a local Dodge dealer. See the pics at the top of this thread for the anchors, you simply cut a 1.5 inch slit in the bedrug with a utility knife for the tie down anchors to poke through.
I ordered mine direct from BedRug, way back in early '04 not a month after I bought my truck. Saw an ad in a magazine. Biggest reason is I've broken more than one $100+ fishing rod and a reel or two when a battery or trolling motor slammed them with bed liners. Not too mention the bedrug is really easy on my surgically repaired knees.
