2010 Ram 1500 (single bulb): Anyone else experience flickering and non compliance with their h13 bi-xenon hids? Mine work without problem when the truck is off, but when its running they never go without a fight. I am beginning to wonder if some sort of capacitor is needed? Any input on this would be great.

 

H13? My low beam circuit is a H11 and I had to use a power relay and a capacitor on each side. Which was a 470uf35W.They work perfect now.
