Philips HID Kit

I was checking this out http://www.carhidkits.com/xenon-hid-...6000k-243.html. Does anyone have any experience with these kits? What sounds interesting is the "Built in Canbus system designed to prevent flickering". But $270 is a little steep. Any thoughts?
