I was wondering if you think this would give the same results or better than a CAI?

This new Dodge Ram 1500 Power Hood is fully ram air functional when used with the optional 5.7L Gas Engine Air Box. <--- If you go with optional air box it will basically be a CAI set up. Looks and functionality, hard to beat that.

 

You would achieve a colder intake charge, but as far as Dyno results.....Not much difference if any at all. There may be minor gains on the highway or possibly a small tiny bump up in mpg's, but nothing to warrant the overall cost of the hood/paint/intake combo.
The hood looks killer though and that's what really warrants the expense!!!
