Default Tire Questions

Hello everyone,

i have some questions about tires and rims, i own a 2010 dodge ram sport 4x4.
1. What is the biggest size tire i can fit under a stock truck? (height/width)
2. Would the tires be cheaper if i reduce the size of the rim?
3. Im located near toronto ON, and was wondering where i could find a good place to buy them off either the internet (without high shipping cost ) or in a store near this area,

Thanks
Rob

Is there any way we can make this a "Sticky"? Seems like someone comes on here every week with less then 20 posts and ask's the same question. I say we make it a sticky and then refer them to it time they post this.

Schmat, try searching, seriously there was a post on here last week about this very topic. Learn to search first before posting. Not trying to Flame you because this site is real good for being forgiving, we just have had a lot of this thread lately.

17 inch tires will be way cheaper then 20 inch tires. I had 315/75r17's on my truck before the leveling kit went in, and they fit, but barely and I would not have wanted to offroad it. If you are staying onthe pavement, they would be fine.
