Mopar Cold Air Intake
I had the Mopar cold air intake installed on my 2010 Ram Sport and my mpg actually got worse. I was around 13.7 mpg and now I am around 12.3 mpg. This is with me driving conservatively and not getting on it to hear the intake roar.
Should I unplug my battery to reset the computer so it reads the air volume coming in or will it do this over time on its own? Also, if I disconnect the battery will I lose all of the settings that I set up or are they stored regardless if there is power or not?
Thanks.

maybe they actually do what they should on the Dodge's, more air = command more fuel = more power !!.. That big of an intake change over the stock one on my previous F150 would probably have only caused a lean condition and a CEL without custom tuning to support it.
