I see Mopar OEM flares listed every time I do an accessories search. I like them on my 09 Laramie, they have a great fit.
For my 03- bought the Bushwacker Street flares and had them painted patriot blue to match the body (looked much better then the matte black finish). They were nice, didn't overwhelm the body style and stick out too much, believe they added 2" of coverage and kept alot off the side of the truck, riding on 20's picked up everything and sprayed it all over the sides. Seemed like I was washing my truck every day until I put the flares on. They were a good investment IMO.
