Default RAMBOX Lid Cover

Gents,

I managed to damage the black plastic rambox lid. I had a really heavy cooler that made some nasty scratches when I slid it on top of my right rambox.

Does anyone know where I could find a replacement cover/lid for the rambox?

Any help is much appreciated!

Only place you're going to find a replacement is the dealer or a junkyard, and you'll have to get it painted.

Seems like a body shop would be your best bet - just fix the one you have

i guess you've discovered they don't sell the exact part you need, yet anyway. here's an idea though, most of these dealers have probably replaced some ram box covers under the RRT. you might try trading a lunch or a case of tecate light for the part you need off of one that has been replaced (old one).
hopefully you already have a good relationship with a service guy.
good luck

I dont think it is fixable - The black plastic has deep scratches...Oh and I tried taking those off with a car wax, and now I have a big old white spot on the top of my right rambox.

I guess wax and granular plastic dont play well together...

Good idea, I may stop by the dealership and see if they can trade me one

I was suggesting body filler and paint, not wax
