$250 for that?? That is awesome my quote from my dealer body shop was close to 2k because they claimed they would have to clear the whole truck so there is not a line. Of course that included painting my bumpers too, but still..

Course, if you did a custom order direct from the factory monotone paint is only $225 I believe (either $225 or $250) so for doing it aftermarket you got a hell of a deal considering the work involved (even though it was you doing most of the hard part lol).

There is a bit of a line but the only part you can see is covered by the fender flares and it was about the same as the edge of one piece of paper on a desk top.

The only downside to that was I got the truck at the beginning of August so there would be very little in the way of incentives for a 2010, so technically that monotone would have cost me $15,000

Yeah, don't listen to any negatives on that thing, it will turn heads where ever it goes. That's a mean truck.

Looks awesome, best part is that your happy, watch out there are some Katty women on here that want to trash each other, LOL. Like the flares looking in to having some painted austin tan for my monotone truck. Where did you get the $$ on the painted flares, and are they the OEM ones?

Thanks for all the compliments. They're the factory flares that came with my truck. I had them sanded smooth before they were painted so they would have a gloss finish instead of the texture that they come with. I got such a good price on the work because my buddy is the bodyshop manager at the dealer I work at, so I only had to pay for materials.

Looks amazing man nice work, I special ordered my laramie monotone but I was soo close to just buying a two tone off the lot and doing what you did. I had to have the air conditioned seats living in the desert though and the wood looks sweet as well on the laramie. Great work though truck looks killer I love the all black look.

I love it, too high for me, have a hard enough time getting from my wheel chair up to the seat now...another 8 inches forgettabout it. Now you need to loose the chrome you said you wanted a sport. Loose the chrome and you will have a sport.
