Dealer just old me that with the parts that need to be changed and the differences in the buses you cannot use the Challenger button setup. It may work for a while at first but eventually you will start having electrical problems. They tried it exactly the way the instructions in this thread read and it worked but then codes and lights and things just sporatically not working. They put it back and the problems went away. For what its worth these guys seem knowlegeable. I am gonna pass on the push button for now.
I should have mentioned that it was done on a shop truck/delivery Ram with a Hemi.

Ram R/T? Why are you being so secretive? Is it just so you can stay exclusive or what? Help us out here!! My truck will never be anywhere near yours, I guarantee that. LOL

This thread has sure caught some interest! Off to the golf course, skies are clear.
I am sorry but this sounds a lot like to me you have the first 09/10 Ram with pushbutton start just like there was a guy with the first R/T with a big spoiler on the back. It would be nice to see a video of you getting into your truck and pushing the button and the truck starting.
I was looking online for remote start kits, just to see if there are any, they are there but I am not sure of the companies that are making them. One is silly you have to unlock your door by pushing a button ok, then you have to wave the fob near the shifter ok then put your foot on the brake and push the button. Geesh that is more work that just shoving the fob in the hole and turning it.

This can be done, I do not argue that. But you will not get any more info out of R/T, he had someone do it, well if we can take him for his word, but then again when he steals a sig pic..... Of course that post made more sense before he changed it.

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen...-pic-poll.html

If you find the right person and want to shell out over $500 to push a button it can be done. As I mentioned, I looked into this many months ago, just not worth the cost unless you have money to burn.....
