Default OEM Magnum/Challenger/Charger shifter **** installed

I've had it in for awhile now, but finally got around to taking pictures. At first I thought it was a little short, but I've gotten use to it and actually like it. One of the things I like right off the bat was that it's more narrow than the stock one and thus doesn't obstruct the bin next to it at all.

Took all of 30 seconds. All you need is a small flat head screw driver. Push the chrome ring down from the base of the stock ****, then the top comes right off. This one's just like it. Just put the ring on, then push the **** down on the shaft, bring the chrome ring up and push it on. Easy peasy!

Sorry, I don't have the part number but when I called my local dealer, they told me $60 for a new one. I ended up buying a fellow forum member's old **** off of his Magnum. He'd replaced his OEM with a custom aftermarket one, so he sold me the old one dirt cheap.

As I posted on "another" site, I accomplished almost the exact same shifter for $6.96. I plan to get the chrome t-handle but waiting to have the extra cash for it. I saw this "genuine leather" shift **** at Walmart for $6.96. Figured what the hell. Bought it, modified it a bit, and stuck it on. Looks almost identical to the stock Challenger shifter above. I wasn't sure at first of I would like it but I love the look and feel of it now.
