20" I think are ideal, 22"ers are pushing it.

24" would be just too 'ghetto'.

with chrome its hard to judge. The right rim in a 24" might look good or might look really bad. I run 22s but they are the OEM SRT rims. I recently spent 4 hours with "Mothers mag polish" and a lot of elbow grease and they look awesome! (I just took pics, will post today.) My opinion is go with a good quality aluminum wheel 22-24 and polish the hell out of them. You'll get a mirror finish without that chrome plated look. Although I saw an 04 Ram with 24 in KMC Dimes and I have to say (and Im sure many will disagree) it looked awesome! The 24s filled the wheel wells perfectly although watch the width or you will rub the side wall off. Search the net for pics of different wheels on Rams. There are just about every wheel you can think of on a Ram somewhere. Good Luck.

Those are sweet should look real nice, but get ready for some cleaning. One question that i have is how are you gonna callibrate your speedo. I pick my 24's up today and not to sure how to callibrate. The dealer said 22's are as big as they callibrate

The dealer calibrates on tire diameter, not rim size. They did mine for 35's, so I am sure they could do yours too.

And I am a small rim fan, that is why I bought my truck with 17's, and let the tire fill the fender.

IMO: Those are wheels are perfect. Black is really starting to get played out. There is this murdered out BS that has taken over everything. Chrome is clean.
Doc, why are you selling your 24's? Gonna make yours a family pre-runner perhaps?

I say go no bigger than 22's if you want the ride to be anywhere near teh stock ride. I can tell a difference with my 22" so I can only imagine how the ride is affected going to 24" rims.

adeq8... yep. im selling my 24s..

option 1. sell the 24s and raise the truck back up to make it a family trip machine.. destined to off road gravel trails and national park camp grounds..

option 2. sell the whole truck and get a power wagon and use it like option 1 but be able to go a little deeper in areas and not worry about snow chains lol

btw.. to the OP... get the chrome... black lends itself to laziness
