HID High Beams...Anyone get them to work?

HID High Beams...Anyone get them to work?
I am not sure if anyone went HID for their High Beams yet.....but I could not get them to work on my truck. For some reason they don't seam to want to "register"....and Michelle over at HIDExtra is stumped too.
Any thoughts? (I will be exchanging and going to replace the fogs anyway...but before I do wanted to double check.)
Before anyone jumps in with useless comments...yes...they were installed correctly and we even tried extra wires that were sent as a coutesy. I also noted that when I installed them and then removed the stock high did not want to work at first...kinda wierd.

Recently installed 8K HI/low/fogs. Dramatic improvement over stock. Truck programmed to allow fogs with HI's.
6th gen CANBUS-RSX ballasts, NO additional relay/capacitor required.
