Well I thought Dodge would have had the blend door problem fixed in the 09-10 trucks, but I guess not. The wife's truck A/C is blowing hot air and there is a clicking sound behind the dash. We took it to the dealer and the mechanic said the blend doors are broke. They are going to pull the dash out to fix it. Glad it's under warranty, I had to fix my 03 3500 myself a few years ago.

 

Mine did the same thing. Also have had the expansion valve go out and the condensor spring a leak. Glad I got the Maxcare on it. It will also freeze up on humid days if running at a low speed for a long time.

really??? can't believe they don't have this figured out by now! had the door go out on my 2006. not too impressed with the performance of my a/c so far this year, and the truck is new. may have to get it checked out.
