Default unable to find the right star scan menu (if it exists)

Went by local dealer service department and asked if the star scan would allow high beams and fogs and they didn't know but agreed to try. Went through most every menu, but nothing for the fog lights. They said if I could find the right menu on line to print out the steps and they would be glad to do it for free, or one of the techs would work on a hard wired solution if I wanted to pay for the parts and labor.

They have tried to be helpful, but seem to be less than knowledgeable, at least with respect to the star scan.

My question is does anybody know where to find the menu necessary or if it exists??? In doing a search, I found the steps for a 2008, but it was under/through the FCM/CGW which this truck apparently doesn't have.

My truck is a 20009 Laramie 5.7.

You have to change the country mode (Spain, Europe etc). It is illegal for a dealer to change it.

Do you know if you change the country mode, what menu the option would then fall under?

I doubt I would do this as it would change the units of measurements and who knows what else.

What happens when you need to change it back do you lose the settings or keep them?

You can't change the high beams and fogs with a Starscan through a menu in 2009/2010 models.

The dealer will need to login in DealerConnect (https://dealerconnect.chrysler.com) and change the option packages set on the vin number. (so the fog lights are set in export mode). Then hookup the starscan and select menu 'Vehicle Preparation' -> 'Restore vehicle configuration' while the Starscan is connected to the internet with a valid Dealerconnect configuration.

If your dealer doesn't know how to do it, it's about the same procedure as adding the Mopar factory backup camera.
