I have a 2010 Sport CC on the way when I finally make it back to the states. I have been shopping around for a lot of aftermarket mods that I plan to do. There is hardly anything out there at this point for the '10's. My question is, will parts designed for the 2009 work in the 2010's, or will it be a case by case basis?

 

Hardly anything for the 2010?? I've been looking around and most accessories are available for both 2009 and 2010s. Almost any web site that has a search feature has the 2010 models listed and the accessories shown for them. Unless the accessory you're looking for integrates with the electronics or the engine it should be 100% compatible with the 2009s and 2010s.

Parts for the 2009 1500 will work for the 2010 1500s. They're the same truck other than the EVIC and computer programming, hence the lack of Superchips support for the 2010. The 2009 2500 & 3500 HD trucks were still the 3rd Gen, so they won't work. Well, some parts will, but as you mention it'd be a case by case basis.
