Just had a 4 inch lift put on my truck, now I have cars flashing their high beams at me at stop lights. How can I adjust my headlights so they won't blind everyone? I also have fog lights on my truck and they might be too high now, anyway to adjust them as well?

Thanks for the help, got the headlights adjusted today, not sure if they are low enough, but will drive around and see if anyone flashes their lights at me or flips me off, if not I guess they are good to go. I think the fog lights will be ok too.
