Default Visibility with Cargo Trailer

I just bought a new 8.5ft wide cargo trailer online, I pick it up next week. Does anyone have one? How is the visibility? I have a feeling I'll need to buy towing mirrors. What options are there? Ive only seen the mopar ones for almost $500 for the set.

I've towed a Boy Scout trailer that is just as wide but not as long. You are going to want towing mirrors for any real visibility.

If you want to go a cheap route, there are some that just snap onto your existing mirrors.

do they make them for the 09? Can you see enough to get by without? I really just bought this trailer for a 1 way moving trip, I might sell it on the other side.

I towed a 21' camper with my 08 QC before I had tow mirrors without any real visibility problems, for a one time trip you'll be fine. If you're going to tow alot then get some tow mirrors.

You can see well enough to get by, but you wind up with a big blind spot

I towed my 8.5X24 400 miles without them. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Before this truck I had a 2500 with flip up tow mirrors and that wasn't a whole lot better than this truck.

I towed an 8.5x20 with mine. You'll be fine with the stock mirrors. My issue was the gas mileage I was getting.
