Default New Guy!

Whats Up Everyone?

Yes I am another Newbe. Just got my CC Hemi (see pic) this last weekend. Man I love this truck. I have been wanting a new truck for a while now and the Jeep Liberty plucked my last nerve. The wife actually picked it out. I went in for a standard QC basic and walked out with an SLT Crew. Its only 4x2, but what the hey. I do not really need 4x4 anyway. I never used the 4x4 in the Jeep either. I am still in shock (sticker shock i think) after the purchase, but you only live once. Every rig on this forum looks sweet and I am glad to be in this crowd. I look fwd to to learning as much as I can from everyone on here so forgive the dumb questions ill ask once in a while.

The black pillar covers are begging to be pulled on that white truck. Oh, and the money you just handed out.... You are not done. Before long you will be buying items for it like it was one of your kids.

I'm a fan of the pillars. To each their own though. Welcome to the forum! Remember, there are no such things as stupid questions, just stupid people. J/K You should be able to get answers to most of your questions here. There are a lot of good people here. Again, welcome!

Cool

Thanks All:

The first thing I gotta do is build some sort of Bed cover to lessen the drag for reduced fuel consumption until I can afford a hard cover. I will probably use some aluminum angle strips and wood slats. Ill paint them with some spray in bed liner to make it look somewhat professional. Has anyone noticed any gains by doing a muffler swap. I read the recent thread with the video of the muffler swap and they discussed the drone. Ill have to read more posts to see what works best.
