Default Brakes squeak very lightly when coming to extremely slow stop?

Bought my truck with 25,000 miles on it, not sure if the dealer touched the brakes before selling it to me.. anyways

the actual brake squeak occurs RIGHT BEFORE i come to a stop, like 1 or 2 mph.. and it only squeaks very shortly/lightly if i'm coming to a really slow stop with my foot on the brake peddle just barely.. if I brake harder/faster it doesn't squeak

what could this be?

that sounds like the pad wear indicator. 25000 miles if they drove it hard the brakes could be shot. but if you just bought it from a dealer it should have some warranty?

Answer https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen...yesterday.html

My pads had 19K on them when I took them off, but there was plenty of pad left. Guess it depends on how you drive/where you drive. I would guess 60% of that is highway.
