Default 1500 mile Trip in the RAM

Hi,

Just came back from a 2500km (1500 miles) trip with our 09 1500 SLT. Went to Dover DE (to watch the Nascar race) , onto Washington DC (Arlington Cemetary is something to see along with the Washington Mall), on to Morgantown WV (great town in the hills) and back to the Toronto area.

Averaged about 11.2 liters per 100km (2.5 gallons per 62 miles).

Told the GPS no tolls so it kept us off the main routes but allowed us to drive through some great (and patriotic) small towns. The mountains of Western Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania were great to see and made the drive enjoyable.

The RAM was nothing but comfortable and the room was plenty for two adults and two kids.

I think you mean 2.96 gal/62mi. That's just shy of 21mpg. Not bad for a trip that included at least some metro driving and some mountains. Glad you are enjoying your Ram. Rob
