Email the factory. You will pay list though.

If you do a search on this site there is a place in LA that sells at a discount and has free shipping in the US. Ebay has some sellers also.

My personal preference is to order from the US supplier and ship to a mail & ship place south of the border. Look for UPS store in a town just across the border to start. Bring a copy of the invoice along and declare it when you cross the border. You'll pay taxes on the purchase price. The markups for buying in Canada are almost criminal especially when you consider that they are probably going to order the stuff anyway and do what I just described.

Should be able to just buy off ebay or from JC Whitney. Most vendors don't have an issue shipping to canada.

i bought mine at tonneaucovers4less.com . They have a way of doing it for canadians, depending on what you spend you pay a percentage of the price which includes duty, taxes, shipping. Covers everything but the exchange rate. F1 is $950 (quad) + 31% = $1244.50 + exchange

With "Free Trade" there is no duty on USA made items. There should only be shipping and HST or FST + PST whichever is applicable. There are also brokerage charges if it is cleared by a broker.
