Default Factory class 4 limits?

I have the factory class iv hitch and I am trying to find tow/tongue limits. I found this on a web site this correct??

12,000-lb tow rating, 1,200-lb tongue weight rating with weight distributing equipment; otherwise 5,000-lb tow rating, 500-lb tongue weight rating, includes receiver plug, 2.0" opening (trucks built 11/2002 and LATER) Hitch Ball sold separately. (For use with the 1500, 2500 and 3500, excludes the SRT-10.)

heres the chart from curt mfg where i got my class 4 hitch. (The one that bolts to the frame and not just the bumper support. Stock one is welded to the bumper support making it a class 4 if you just bolted it on its a class 3.)

Weight Carrying 10000 lb. Tongue Weight 1000 lb. Weight Distribution (WD) 12000 lb. WD Tongue Weight 1200 lb.

Do you have weight distributing equipment? If no then you are the second I guess. That is how I read it
