i have a long trip comming up(first one with the ram)... and im bringin my quad, lets say its about 600 pounds.. when i load it in the box it will pretty much level the suspention and its saggy and bouncy over bumps n turns, how much air would you figure you would run with such a load in the box? or is the general idea to have 30 in there whenever u have a load on?

I don't go by pressure really, i just fill until the truck sits about level or how it looks when empty but don't fill over 35 lbs which i think is the limit. You'll probably need around 20 lbs, just fill it until it looks right then see how it rides. If its too soft - add more, too hard - let some out.

I was just gonna ask the same thing "What kind of tounge weight are you running?" because I have a 4000 lb boat and the tounge weight is so minimal I can almost pick it up... the truck doesn't even look like it has anything on it either... I actually had to buy a 3&1/4" drop receiver because the 2" drop wasn't enough for my boat because it wasn't level...

tongue weight
RV was in the shop and I asked them to let me know what my tongue weight is and they said 825. From what I have read it doesnt matter if your rv or boat weighs 4000 or 8000, it matters how much of that weight is distributed to the tongue. Typically my truck would start squatting when I loaded it with fire wood and then the camper would drop it below the front end. Going camping next weekend so I will have picks posted.
