Default Coil Spring Airbag question

So I installed the Air Lift airbags that go inside the coil springs on my 2010 Ram 1500 and was wondering if anyone else is hearing the same thing I am. When I go over a bump it seems that once the spring stretches the rubber "puck" that acts as a spacer becomes loose and clangs against the spring. Does anyone else hear this who have installed these airbags? I'm wondering if maybe the parts place sent me the wrong model so I'll double check that when I get back home. Right now I have them at 35psi but have lowered them to about 10psi and still heard the noise. Also I haven't placed any load on the bed yet but plan on soon, so that may stop the noise...

Also, has anyone installed a leveling kit or small 2-3" spacer lift and the airbags as well and if so did it change anything for the installation process? The same parts store I bought my airbags from had no idea (go figure...)

Thanks!

I installed the same air bags on my 09 TRX4 Ram and dont hear any noise from the black puck. I had the bags set at 35 psi as per the directions to check for leaks, Then dropped them to about 8-10 and have had them that way for a week now.

I have the airbags installed on my 09 cc with the lift and level. There was nothing different in the instalation and I don't have any rattle either.
