Yes you can try. You would stand a better chance if you purchased the tires from the dealer. If not, if the place your buying them from does alignment. They may check it for free.

I wouldn't think alignment would ever be a warranty thing except, perhaps, right after taking delivery. In any case, why would you need an alignment just for having swapped tires? Or was there abnormal wear on the first set?

I would never expect alignment to be covered under warranty unless it was screwed up at delivery.

The reason they don't cover alignment is if you take the truck offroad and nail a rock and screw your alignment up, that's not a warranty issue - that's your fault. They can't distinguish that from real issues, so they pretty much never cover it unless the truck was barely driven off the lot.

the dealer should warranty your alignment for the first year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first.also why wouldnt you expect an alignment be covered under warranty they are not perfect at the factory people make mistakes machines lose calibration,etc..even when you get an alignment in a shop most warranty it for 6 months or 6000 miles which is adequate also if was pulling on the highway it might of just been the highway or road and it couldnt hurt to have them check the aligment before the new tires.also it could be one of the tires which are covered if its a defect
