Oh, then Yes, you could pull it.... LOL

I have a 2008 trailer, right around the same dry, wet is about 7500. Truck pulls it like a dream. Even the wife hauls it with no issues. Just make sure you have a trailer brake controller, and leveling bars or air bags. I went air bags since I pull the trailer into some tough spots and you need to unhook the bars to get into some spots. And if they are unhooked, they are not doing anything when you could use some help the most.

What set up do you have? No need to unhook the bars on the "equal-i-zer" brand hitch.

Seriously?? Try heading down a hill, into a stream and then uphill that you need 4X4 to get up. The truck is headed uphill and the trailer downhill..... something will have to give, the bars, the hitch, the trailer or plain old traction. You will find your back tires off the ground and spinning.... I am not talking smooth gravel roads, I am talking logging roads and the like.....

I rarely have hook ups..... Rely on the batteries and whatever water I haul in, and have a filter and funnel to add more water if needed. Cement pads and hook ups are for pansies! LOL
