here is a vid of my flowmaster. it is an original 40 series. i kept stock pipes, resonators and tips. i havent heard or seen any posts about dash lights with flowmasters, i have no problems. when the MDS kicks in it just gets quieter.

i usually have the radio pretty loud(20-25) except when i have my daughter in the truck but i dont notice any drone and it isnt loud in the cab at all. i assume that is because the muffler is so far away on a crew cab

LANCELANZ--nice truck and nice sound. I really wanted one with the factory duals, but had to settle for the TRX hemi 4by4 with single as I wanted several other options and could not find them on a quad cab at the time other than the TRX. I love my truck, but am considering adding duals in the future or maybe just getting a different single exhaust.

LANCELANZ - once you put the flowmaster 40s on did you notice and power or torque changes as I have heard that people say that it decreases both?

I had Flowmaster 50HD put on my 2010 Ram 1500 Hemi and I could not be happier. I left the resonators on and it is perfect. When you dump on it, it has an amazing growl and downburn. But is quiet enough when you drive nice to not bother anyone. However it has turned heads like mad when I play with the gears in town driving to optimize the sound. I will try to get a vid up soon and pics of the truck. I have been a flowmaster fan since 98 when I put 40 series on a 360 Durango and my brother a Gibson exhaust fan. I have friends who only stay with Borla and Magnaflow diehards and I will stay with flowmaster over them all. lol I just love the Flowmaster upburn and downburn over all the others.
