Default new truck price

I'm looking at a 2010 ram 1500 trx4 with a price tag of $36,750 on it $6,250 off with 4.0 interest or 3,750 off with 0% do you think this is a fair deal i hear guys talking about $10,000 off is that still reasonable for this truck?

Offer them 10000 off and make them come to you.

Offer them $500 over invoice. Take all the rebates. 0% is for people that just want a low payment and can't really afford the vehicle. This way, when you trade in 3 years, you haver equity. Unless you plan to keep the truck for 5 to 7 years...then take the low APR option.

I think they are offering you a great deal considering that the pool to pick from is shrinking very fast. They are not producing many 2010 Rams. They are getting ready to change over to 2011. 2011 means lower rebates.

I'd get that truck because if you don't buy it, someone else is going to.

If you are in the Baltimore metro area check out this dealer. I traveled across MD to get my deal back in March and they post internet prices which are very good. No haggle pricing and they prove the numbers in writing.

You should easily get $10k off, if they say they can't they are lying.

I think the lack of inventory thing is pile of dung.

I can give two examples. I happened to be at DTW airport about a month ago. At the end of one of the runways, off to the side, is a compound FULL of 4th gen RAMs, must have been several hundred of them.

About 2 weeks ago, I was in Edmonton. Passed a Dodge dealership on the way into the city from the airport. There were, again, at least 100 new RAMs on the lot. It was a real wide lot, and they were several rows deep.
