Bug Off. Made by Turtle Wax I think. Spray that on, let it sit for about ten minutes or so. Spray off with water. That will get most of it and what's left can be rubbed off with a wet microfiber towel or microfiber hand cloth.

I use a Bounce dryer sheets for the dryer, just wet it a little bit and the bugs come right off.

I've been using windex and a microfiber towel. If it's really heavy I just let the windex sit on it for a few minutes then wipe it off.

Once you get the guts off and clean the bumper and grill put a nice coat of wax or polymer sealant on it to help keep the things from sticking on there again so easily.

The other day I was asking the same question and came across a detailer's video on Youtube. I used their method and was blown away at how easily the bugs wiped away.

1) Buy a gallon of Super Clean Degreaser (Walmart, Auto Zone, wherever)
2) Spray down the vehicle (wherever you want to remove bugs) with water. This is absolutely necessary because the wetness dilutes the strong degreaser.
3) Spray the degreaser, undiluted, directly onto the wet surface of the vehicle. You can let it sit if you want, but I just started wiping shortly after spraying.
4) Wipe the bugs off.
5) Rinse!

It's super easy and worked great. The degreaser is definitely strong though so make SURE the vehicle is wet, and test an area just to be sure.

Does that stuff take the wax off the paint, requiring re-waxing when done?

I can't say for sure, but there's probably a good chance that it will remove the wax. I would think that's a good trade-off seeing as how difficult bug removal is, and how easy it would be to rewax the front portion of the hood & bumper. Here is the link to the video.
