Will installing a Catch can affect my warranty and/or vehicle inspection?
Thanks,

It catches the oil that would normally be feed back into your throttle body and engine. Hemis are design to send a tiny bit of oil back into your engine and can lower your octane and dirty your TB in the end hurting performance. This you install before you PCV and it "catches" the oil. You just dump it out everytime you change your oil. It jsut bolts on.

"The Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve, or PCV valve, is a one-way valve that assists with the continual evacuation of gases"

It is designed to do this? That just doesn't make sense.

Any valve cover pcv system will spit a little oil through the pcv valve - the rockers toss it up. Some spit more than others. It's not really an issue unless you're puking a ton of oil through. I lose less than 1/4 of a quart in between oil changes, so I have a hard time beliving that any significan oil is going out the PCV.

When you guys get one of these installed, report back on how much oil you are seeing.
