Vibration/rubbing feeling in gas pedal and steering wheel
my truck was shaking like crazy at highway speeds, the faster I went the worse it got.... turns out the problem was mud in the wheels throwing it out of balance, the big wide wheels on these trucks are perfect spots for mud to stick and it took a lot of effort to clean them out at the car wash, I went through three cycles with the wand sprayer to blow them out completely
after cleaning them right out the truck is now smooth as silk even at high speeds!
I was thinking it was broken suspension or something it was so bad, cleaned out all the dried mud and voila, perfect again

I have another issue that is related to the steering wheel. When I'm turning the wheel either way I can sometimes here it "rubbing" on either the column or part of it. I only notice it at slow speeds like when I'm parking. I plan on bringing it up to the dealer, along with the misalignment of my Ram Box lids, when I get my 1st oil change.

I've had my 2010 Ram SLT Quad Cab (Sport) for approximately 3 weeks now and just started to noticed a vibration or rubbing feeling in the gas pedal and the steering wheel. I feel the vibration all the time while driving and its very annoying. I love the truck, but hate the vibration. This is my first Dodge, after owning Fords for many years, and maybe my last......
I'm bringing it to the dealer on Monday. Hope they can fix it.

No happening at highway speeds for me. It starts at around 30-35 and is worse at around 40mph. It happens in neutral going down hills, around corners, and around corners in neutral. Not harmonics as harmonics will usually only show at certain speeds or RPM. If you get a harmonic at 30mph you will also get it at 60mph and 120mph. I get this rubbing through a range of different RPMs, speed, weather etc. Drive line related. As mentioned could be drive shaft vibration, universals, front end joints.....Who knows.

sorry they repositioned the muffler and moved stuff around underneath. my truck does not have that mds and its doing it all the time....my opinion is over time with a continious vibration something will weaken or break causing unknown problems...FIGHT DODGE.....CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIER 800 NUMBER
I have a 2010 Dodge Ram Big Horn, I also have a serious vibration. It happens regardless of what speed I aqm traveling when the eco light comes on.... It started off not so bad, but the longer I have the truck the worse it gets.
I took it into the dealer, the service manager road with me, he felt it and said "ohh thats normal", "they all do it"... NORMAL, are you frikin serious?
When you pay 36,000 for a truck, you expect it to run properly! This is not proper!
I am now dealing with this issue at the Coorperate level. I will not settle for a truck that looks good and runs like a 82 chevette with unbalanced balled tires....
If I cannot get this problem resolved, I will file a claim utilizing the lemon law..
