Default Faint Beep
I've noticed lately that when I get in my truck before I start it I hear a faint little beep. I've got the RER Nav/DVD head unit, is it the hard drive booting up before I start the truck?

That is the countdown timer.
After starting your truck 2034 times it will no longer work and impload in on itself.

I just leave mine running all the time to avoid this, but man the gas station loves me.

I always wondered how manufacturers got their vehicles to self-destruct after the warranty runs out.
