I rolled my windows down today and when I went to roll them back up the passenger door on the driver side would not roll back up. I have an 09 crew cab with power windows it is an slt. Its sunday so I cant go to the dealer and I have work monday. God forbid I hope it doesnt rain. The power lock works on that door also so I dont think it is a fuse

Does the motor make noise when you hold the switch to make the window go up? did you hear a pop noise from the window before it stopped working?
My brothers grand cherokee recently had this happen and it wound up being a broken plastic clip that holds the cable that operates the window. If it looks like rain you can do the 'ghetto fix' and tape some clear plastic over the window opening until you can get it to the dealer. If you are more of a handy person you can pop the interior door panel off, raise the window by hand and tape it so the glass stays up.

Maybe the wire clip on the motor just cam off. It sounds like something simple. Did you check your fuses? If you have then pull the panel off the door and check the wires going into the motor it may just be unplugged. If neither the park under cover if you can if not put some plastic over it and take it to the dealer. My dealer has a shuttle that takes me to work, might try that as well.
