rjc799, what did you clean up the letters with after cutting off the embosed part? Did you just file those rough edges off or use an exacto knife? Very clean and professional looking. Also, are you just using regular spray paint or the one specifically for plastics? I have a few ideas looking at these pictures and see some tinted plexiglass with back lighting under that cover. Great job so far, looking forward to the completed project. Jeff.

You should throw in a piece of colored plexi and back light it....

I will keep you all posted. It has been raining here lately so I am waiting on the humidity to die down.

As for the plexiglass, I am using lexan and am already planning on lighting it up.
