Default Dealer said plugs dont need to be changed at 30k

Dealer said HEMI comes with platinum plugs and don't need to be changed until 100k unless there is a problem.

True / False ?

Maybe that changed with the 2010 - what does your manual say? My 09 says 30K and they are not platinum.

I have an 09 and called for price because my manual states 30k.

I will provide no wiggle room on their lifetime warranty!

Is having them replaced with platinum's an option so they will go 100k?

IMO, I would want something in writting from Dodge (not a dealership), that would state using platinum plugs would allow for a 100K replacement schedule. Without it our 09 manual says (plugs) every 30K.

Default never wait 100k to do plugs

You never want to wait that long.
1. It gives you an insight to any problems your engine might be having.
2. You do not want to risk it seizing in there and needing very expensive repair.

Even in my 100k vehicles, plugs came out every 60k. On my F250 it was every 30 (we know about those).

I plan on doing my rams at 30k. I have 25000 now.Name: ram.jpg
