Unhappy Cortex error

Just got my cortex and updated it and as soon as i plugged her in an error message popped up. It says error g-f6. Has anyone had this problem? If you have how did you fix it?

Emailed Ron@superchips.com and had a new update specific to my truck within a couple days. Had to do this twice. Once for the Dakota that had a replacement PCM and again when I switched the programmer over to the Ram.

Most other owners with programmer errors got their problems resolved that way. Superchips' support is very good in my opinion.
