I measured my 2010 crew cab 4x4 at 76". That's all stock ride height with nothing much inside for weight at the time of measurement.

This. I work with a guy that stands just over 6'4" and when he stands next to the truck it looks as if my '12 4x4 quad cab might be an inch taller -but its close. This makes bigblue's measurements seem more accurate than the printed materials, but I am seeing it more like 77".

OK, performed 'scientific' measurement using a pole laid across the highest part of the cab top: Measured equally on both sides on flat concrete. It is 76" tall. This is with a basically unloaded 4WD, crew cab Sport at stock ride height with a full tank of gas. I do have a spray-in bedliner and a tonneau cover, so those add a small amount of weight. That may explain the 76 vs 77 inches if you measured with less fuel or don't have those accessories.

By the way, the highest part of the cab is the center, not the antenna at right rear corner.

My '11, 2WD, Crew, measures 74 1/2" behind the sunroof, which is the highest point of the roof. (sunroof closed). With a full tank of gas (large tank) about a hundred pounds in the truck, with my 200# on the side step. I have stock tires, and 17" rims, which are slightly smaller than the 20s. The top of the FM antenna is just short of 78" off the ground, and the sat antenna is lower than the highest point of the roof. I also have a factory spray in bedliner, and a Bakflip F1 mounted on the box. 42# in the tires.

even if the sat antenna was in the center of the roof at it's high point, would you really chance it if the truck clears it but the antenna won't?
