Yes. Buy, borrow an OBD II code reader and download the trouble codes. When my former truck went into limp mode it spit out 13 trouble codes.

Knowledge is power.

All,
Thought I would give an update! So after more service calls and work on the transmission that still didnt solve the issue, Chrysler finally agreed it was a lemon and replaced the truck with a new one. We picked it up this week and finalized all of the paperwork. It's nice to finally be at an end with all of this and looking forward to next camping season already!

Wow they must have found a major issue that involves more than just the transmission for them to just take the truck or did you ask for the lemon law deal? So this new truck can tow what you need? Put on 17 inch wheels if you don' t already have them gives you more towing capacity does it not?
