Default Superchips updated flash

Anyone update their SC recently? I have not done so since they came out with the tranny schedule. Last night I thought I would plug it into my PC and see if there was an update, sure enough there was. Then I flashed the truck. It could just be me (probably is), but it seems to have a little more go.

So... For you SC owners who have not updated since the tranny schedule update.... give it a try and report back.

Hey thanks, I will give it a try. How do you have to reload an upgrade? Do I have to re-enter all my TM, RPM settings or does it just install as an overlay? It would be nice if SC had release notes, that is what accompanies most professional software version upgrades.

I simply attachedd the SC to my PC, ran the update, checked my custom settings, then flashed my truck.

I had custom tire size and TQ management settings on my tuner which were retianed (first thing I checked after the update).

Do you need to return to stock first to update, or can I update on the pc with tuning already installed in the truck?

Superchips sez it's not required but each truck's computer can be different so AS A PRECAUTION I RETURN TO STOCK FIRST.

I did the update a couple days ago.

1.) Just plug SC into computer
2.) Run easy update
3.) Unplug SC from computer
4.) Plug SC into truck
5.) Select desired tune
6.) Start tuning and wait
7.) Check setting are correct
8.) Unplug tuner
9.) Burn Rubber
