I am having the same noise as well. I can see the actuator, but I can't get to it without removing the radio bezel. Am I missing something?

The only one I can actually reach is for the heater.

Cool

My 2009,16 months old, 16K miles, now has this same problem. Thanks to this thread for pointing me in the right direction. This will be my first warranty repair request.

I had my actuator replaced, under warranty, for the clicking noise. Before that,I had the air conditioner fixed, under warranty, because it was like the vents would just change (said there was an error.) Sometimes it would just blow hot air(outside air) or change vent output. Now, the vent issue is happening again and the air condition makes an annoying noise that you can hear at low blow settings.

I only have 18000 mile on my truck, not even a year old. Everything else is great, but this is really bothering me. Has anyone had the same continuing problem?

Default One of these?

Is it one of these numbered 1 or 2? Those wires attached to 1 seemed to be stretched and under pressure. They don't look hard to change, maybe there is another one closer to the glove box I don't remember.
