Default Drip hose from the AC?

There is dripping coming from my truck. I've been keeping track of fluids and I'm not losing any, so I'm assuming it is from the AC.... even though it happens even if the AC isn't on. I finally caught it in action, and it is coming from a small hose that pokes through the firewall on the passenger side. Anyone know for sure what this hose is? If it is just the AC, I'd like to reroute it as it constantly drips on the frame.

I did search the forums first and couldn't find anything.

my guess is its your ac...when you say your ac is off, is the fan **** turned to off? or did you just hit the snowflake button? If its set on the defroster setting your ac is still on. cant really give ya a diagnosis without more info.
